Two Piece Long Sleeve Dress
Two piece long sleeve dress, navy blue in color. Tan chiffon around V-neck with fabric ruffles at bottom V on front and small fabric covered buttons in center; the sleeve cuffs have the same details. Gentle pleats at shoulders, as well as a heavily pleated skirt. Panel of pleats in center front of skirt approximately 5-6 inches higher. Beaded and Embroidered Georgette Evening Dress, 1928-1929
Pink georgette dress embroidered with aqua and silver bugle beads and rhinestones. Rhinestone bow at base of V-shaped neckline. Dropped waistline and uneven scalloped hemline. Very deep, curved V-shaped neckline in back. This dress is not labeled, but the design suggests that it might be a Peggy Hoyt.

Brown velvet dress from the 1920s
Women's brown velvet dress with long, reddish-gold lame sleeves having velvet cuffs. Sleeves are very full and smocked at top. Small stand-up collar ending in two long ribbons in front (brown velvet on one side and gold lame on other) that tie in a bow at front of neck. A sash of velvet and gold lame is fastened at the sides. The dress ties in back, and has a small dickie of lame snaps across opening at neck. The dress does not have a label. Belonged to Mrs. Crowley.

Yellow silk crepe dress from the 1920s
This woman's, yellow silk crepe dress has a convertible collar, and a "V" throat that fastens with eleven small pearl buttons and self-fabric loops. The sleeves are fastened at the cuff with two small pearl buttons and self fabric loops. The cuffs are trimmed with a hand-embroidered design of abstract flowers, leaves, and scrolls in various colors of silk floss. Women’s long black robe, possibly made of silk and lined. Heavy pleats around neckline and wrist cuffs. Heavy braided roping with tassles extends from bottom of V-neck to underside of long gusseted sleeve near cuff. Circa 1920-1929.

Little Boy's Three Piece Suit
Child’s three piece suit consisting of knee length pants, short jacket, and white ruffled shirt. Pants and jacket made of blue velvet. Jacket has hook and eye closure at neck, quilted lining, short waist. Pants have button flap front closure, buttonholes on waist paint to secure shirt, three decorative brass buttons on side of pant leg. Shirt has pointed collar, button cuffs, ruffles on placket front, and three buttons at waist to secure to pants. Circa 1900-1929.

Women's evening coat with elaborate pink and gold braid trim from the 1920s
This straight, pinkish beige jersey women's evening coat has elaborate pink and gold braid trim. There is a small, high double turnover collar suggestive of a mandarin. The coat has a one button closing, and a beige lining. Label: "D. J. Healy Shops, Detroit."
