    Evening wrap of beige wool, elaborately hand embroidered in gold thread. Wrap is lined in pink satin and the cape is set with turquoise. This garment was owned by Matilda Dodge Wilson (October 19, 1883 – September 19, 1967),who was the wife of John Francis Dodge (October 25, 1864 – January 14, 1920), co-founder of the Dodge Motor Car Company in Detroit, Michigan.

    Ivory colored wrap or shawl, waist or hip length, heavily embroidered, crocheted hem and collar trimmed with fringe. Long embroidered fabric sash in back with tassles and large decorative corded button. Circa 1930-1959.
