Top is long, over blouse fitted at waist. Narrow stand-up collar. Long fitted sleeves. End of sleeves and bottom edge of blouse trimmed with ruffle of same material. Buttons all the way down the front. Round black buttons with faceted surfaces.

    This two piece dress may have been worn as a wedding gown or was part of a trousseau. It is made of gold-color silk satin, and the bodice is boned with deep points front and back.
