American Rocket Society 1-10-58.
Wayne state University's student section of the American Rocket society officially came of age Tuesday, Jan. 7 when it received a charter from the national organization. James J. Hartford, national executive secretary, presented the charter. Sixty dues-paying members belong to the WSU section, whose president is William P. Glunt, of 1723 Holden, an engineering [center]. Il Circolo Italiano - Xmas Party for local orphans 1950. Each Child received a gift (toy) worth a $. [D]onated by local business concerns, shops, etc.
The unfortunate orphans are all girls. One of the toys is a "A Usable Toy kitchen Set."

The food truck's full name is obscured, but it contains the word "Frostee" and has a cartoonish logo of a white-bearded sailor at a ship's steering wheel. The truck is a late 1950s Ford. A street sign is in the background, but it is grainy. Possibly Second Street.
