    This Vanity, in the collection of the Newark Museum, consists of an asymmetrical carcase consisting of a plain veneered box with space for knees. The back panel is inlaid with vertical stripes contrasting with dark grain of rosewood.     This Dressing Table, in the collection of The Henry Ford, is made with a castano and sequoia burl veneer covering the exterior surfaces. The front is bowed and has a harewood gray horizontal striped inlay on it. There are also three drawers and one door on the piece all with brush chrome pulls.
