Student June Simes poses with cross-country skis and poles.
The judging for Miss Michigan Snow Queen at the Grayling Winter Sports Carnival will take place tonight, Friday January 24 following a banquet. Since there is a strong possibility that June Simes, Wayne University coed and 1946 Homecoming Queen, may be selected as Snow Queen, this picture is offered on speculation so that you will have one immediately available in case she is the winner of the contest. Attached is also a story of Miss Simes.
