Designed by Minoru Yamasaki and Associates, the Prentis Bldg fronts on Cass Avenue and is a 3 stories structure with a unique first floor arcade and garden courtyard access to Helen L. DeRoy Hall, a lecture facility about 75 ft to the west. DeRoy Hall seats 700 students.
