The Tartar rookies are (left to right) Bob Wright, a sharp lefthanded pitcher; Larry Thow, former American Legion batting champ who will hold down the right field berth; Larry Cook, a third baseman who may be the best of the bunch, and Joe Francis, a husky right handed pitcher.
