Woman's navy wool suit having a single breasted jacket with three oval buttons that have basalt, intaglio inset in sterling silver, and pockets formed by a wide cuff-like strip around the bottom of the jacket. The V-neck has a collar and lapels, and the jacket has a fitted waist and padded shoulders. The straight skirt has a side zipper. Navy-color, silk lining. Labels: Hudson's Woodward Shop, and Irene.

Heavy gold moire silk ottoman, strapless evening dress with heart-shaped neckline. The dress is a semi-princess line with the front cut in one piece. Fabric folded over hips to suggest panniers, and the skirt is pleated in the center back. Back zipper closure. The bodice is boned, and lined with black acetate.
